*WORKSHOP*
Experience "SHIMMY LAYERS" with national and international instructor, SABRINA of SAN DIEGO!
2:00-4:00pm
Get your shimmy on with movement techniques to create effortless, fluid layers. You will learn to layer a multitude of geometric shapes and patterns over a variety of shimmies, while beat-matching your music every time. The first half of this 2-hour workshop will demystify the classic and modern canons of shimmy layer movements, as well as introduce you to some of Sabrina’s own shimmy layer favorites. Then you'll put into practice what you have learned, in combinations and a short choreography. Please bring water, a towel and a notepad.
