WORKSHOP with Deborah: Performance Skills: Group & Solo Dancing
Noon-1:45pm / Check-in & Registration begins at 11:30am
Do you want to start performing but are a bit hesitant? Maybe you've done some performing but could feel more confident about it? Not certain how to engage your audience? What about entering and exiting with aplomb?This fun and informative workshop is an introduction to performance skills for group dancers and soloists. At the conclusion of this workshop, you'll have some tools and ideas to take home and use right away at your next performance! Included in the program are discussion, demonstration, and plenty of time to apply what you've learned.
Bring with you to the workshop:
1) Paper and Pen, 2) Veil, and 3) Questions
HAFLA & SWAP MEET:
2:00-5:00pm
Enjoy a light buffet during the Hafla & Swap Meet!
Dancers/Teachers/Students: Clean Out Your Closets/Garages/Storage Units and get some CASH for your loved-but-no-longer-needed belly dance items! Swap Meet spaces are available in advance only and start at $20. Click on the email link below and ask for a Reservation Form.*
